On-line Double Conversion UPS, full microprocessor control, IGBT high frequency inverter (PWM), high efficiency. The Mini-J UPS 3ph/1ph is technologically advanced and designed to grant all the users a total protection, supplying a voltage immune to mains disturbances.
Most important characteristics
- "Stand By-on" function: the UPS can be forced, via RS 232 or LCD panel, to operate in "line interactive" mode, allowing a considerable energy saving (efficiency up to 98 %). This feature guarantees an adequate protection to the load during periods in which it does not need an "on line" supply, because the UPS automatically switches to "on line" mode whenever the mains parameters are outside the chosen limits.
- "Smart-Active" function: the UPS, using its internal algorithm, monitors the mains quality and decides to work either in "on line" or in "line interactive" mode with the objective of, in case of high mains voltage/frequency fluctuation, minimising the number of passages between the two operating modes and maximising the energy saving.
- "Battery Saving" feature: in case of micro mains failure the UPS is able to draw the necessary power from some ad hoc capacitors, reducing in this way the no. of battery interventions and then increasing the battery life
